EventRide is the page behind a wedding’s invitation. Use the link or the code on yours; this site is only about what it is.

What it is

One page for the wedding you have been invited to: your reply, how you arrive, where you are staying, and afterwards the album. Your hosts, or their planner, chose it.

Travelling together

If you choose to, you are shown other guests arriving through the same airport around the same time, so you can travel together and share the cost. Both sides choose; a no is never shown.

What it never does

It never books, arranges or pays for travel or accommodation, and never takes a payment from you. It shows an overlap and steps back.

Who sees what, in plain words

Your hosts

Your reply, and where you are staying only if you choose to show them.

Their planner

Your name, your invitation and your reply. Your arrival, your stay and what you need to eat only if you choose, each its own switch.

Another guest

Before you connect: first names, party size, how they travel, the arrival overlap, and the area if it is the same as yours. Full names and contact details only once you both agree.

Nobody else

Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising. Journey details are deleted within thirty days of the wedding.

The full notice you agreed to is shown inside the wedding page itself, and it is the one that counts.
